**Finance Business Partner (Central Services)**
- **The Challenge**_

Provide financial support and analysis to the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor by adding value that will assist in decision making, playing a key role in advising and assisting budget holders with budgeting, costing, forecasting and financial analysis. You will act as the finance business partner to the support function. You will be a proactive member of the Finance Team, driving continuous improvement and financial engagement across the business
- **What you’ll do**_
- Monthly Accounting and accurate reporting for all the central business areas;
- Responsible for the control of the central cost revenue budgets working closely with the Central Services teams;
- Hold monthly business partner meetings & provide ongoing financial support, ensuring a collaborative approach between the departments;
- Provide budget support, in terms of both budget setting and budget monitoring, giving appropriate challenge where required;
- Ensure an accurate forecast for budget areas, linked to operational plans and challenges faced; and
- Responsible for month end financial accounting entries and control account reconciliations.
