The role will report to the Improvement and Inspection Service Manager.

**Are you interested in**:

- Being part of a new project team and the development and shaping of the team that will be central to practice and service delivery improvement and preparation for inspection.
- Building relationships with colleagues at all levels both internally and externally as well as with service users.
- Delivering the changes already committed to in the Improvement Plan.
- Supporting on inspection activities.

**Can you demonstrate the following experience of: -?**
- Previous track record of leading on and co-ordinating project and programme activities
- A good level of understanding of programme and project methodology
- Leading on and co-ordinating the work of individuals to drive forward improvement
- Developing reports, policies, protocols, guidance and practice tools
- Inspection activities to prepare for inspection readiness
- Being proactive, forward thinking and putting forward, testing and executing ideas
