Telemarketing Executive

As a very brief summary, your job will be to hold conversations with people over the phone, understand their needs and requirements, and look to take the conversation to some form of booking.
Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700
Roles and Duties
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this individual will:
- Undertake and implement outbound telemarketing campaigns for our clients.
- Communicate with clients fully, so they are aware of their campaigns, results and strategies - ensure our customer and client care is always outstanding and the highest of standards.
- Look to generate bookings, appointments and leads for our clients.
- Exciting B2B campaigns
- Engage with former and current clients to seek out further work opportunities. Utilise LinkedIn and other marketing channels to ensure the sales pipeline for our telemarketing services is always full.
- During campaigns, this individual will be self-motivated and driven to deliver quality leads, and appointments through telephone engagements.
- Following a campaign, this individual will work closely with the team to ensure all reports are run, data Is handed over to the client and that follow-up meetings are set up.
- To undertake any other duties as required by the Managing Director.
