Our Risk & Compliance Business Partner (Integration) helps to embed our risk management and regulatory compliance standard within newly acquired businesses. You will be proactive in shaping the Risk & Compliance Integration playbook and will be instrumental in helping our business grow.

**How will you do this?**

Joining our busy Risk & Compliance Team, you will be responsible for project managing Risk & Compliance integration activities for newly acquired businesses. Building a great understanding of those businesses, assisting in the implementation of Group Policy and Procedures Frameworks and creating reports that summarise Risk & Compliance integration activity for oversight forums. Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining Risk & Compliance system records for newly acquired businesses
- Providing Compliance advice and support to integrating businesses and integration projects
- Reviewing Risk Registers and providing oversight and pragmatic challenge
- Supporting integrating businesses with risk events, ensuring appropriate customer remediation where applicable
- Reviewing and signing-off documentation from integrating businesses in conjunction with the R&C Team
- Assisting with collating RMAR information for integrating businesses

Using your relationship building skills, you will develop strong working relationships within newly acquired businesses and across the Atlanta Group.

**We know you will be successful if you have**:

- Experience of working with FCA regulation, ideally gained within an Insurance business
- Understanding of Risk Management and controls
- Experience of managing projects, working alone and as a team
- Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels to obtain information
- Experience of creating clear and professional reports and summary papers
- Great relationship building skills and the ability to take a balanced and pragmatic approach when needed
