**The Job**:
We're currently seeking Senior Support Workers with a passion for working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental health conditions.

We provide comprehensive e-learning and face-to-face training to enrich your service delivery and foster your professional growth.

**Your Role**:

- Collaborating with the Registered Manager and Senior Management to ensure the delivery of a professional and adaptable service.
- Serving as a role model for staff, fostering their understanding of the individuals under your care.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of individual support plans and activities within a dynamic environment.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records as needed.
- Managing and organizing schedules for your team.
- Conducting supervisions and handling administrative duties for your team.
- Embodying leadership qualities.
- Innovating fun and engaging activities for individuals at home.
- Enabling individuals to lead fulfilling lives through social and therapeutic activities.
- Completing care plans and logs meticulously.
- Assisting individuals with budgeting, household chores, appointments, and meal preparation.
- Facilitating community integration, including social events, education, and employment opportunities to enhance life skills and independence.
- Experience in supporting individuals on the Autistic Spectrum (mandatory)
- Previous management experience in a care environment (preferred)
- Hold a full Manual UK/EU Driving Licence for over 12 months (preferred)
- Preferably possess knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (preferred)
- Flexibility is crucial, as we operate round-the-clock, every day of the year.
