AJW Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Improvement Lead to play a crucial role in improving processes and performance by analysing and implementing best practices, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management and cross-functional teams, to deliver processes and capabilities that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. By utilising Lean and Continuous Improvement frameworks, you will help the organization operate to its full potential, improve overall efficiency, and achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Harness the power of Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, your adept Change Leadership skills, and Process Enhancement expertise to collaborate with multi-functional teams and staff. Together, you'll** i**dentify and execute solutions** that generate quantifiable and enduring advantages.
- Shape the present and future by **evaluating and designing processes **that foster lasting infrastructural enhancements throughout the organization.
- Be a driving force behind the execution of our** Lean and Continuous Improvement Strategy** across the entire enterprise.
- Be a source of **guidance, mentorship, and encouragement** for those carrying out Lean/CI-driven enhancements.
- Undertake the helm in steering projects that **perpetuate growth **through continuous improvement, capitalising on the arsenal of Lean/CI tools and techniques.
- ** Collaborate with operational leaders **and functions to incubate and uphold outcomes within a Culture of Continuous Improvement.
- ** Champion the establishment of a pervasive Lean/CI Culture** across all echelons of the organization, uniting every employee and manager.
- ** Challenge the norm **by catalyzing constructive and enduring transformations through your influence on people, processes, and systems.
