Job Title: Sales/Revenue Operations Specialist
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary Package: Up to £50,000 on the base + Benefits

The Role:
- The role brings together multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Data) to drive revenue growth through improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- It focuses on the complete customer journey, from prospect to advocate, fostering a collaborative culture and building trust across departments.
- The objective is to deliver the right service and message to the right people in the target market at the right time, resulting in shorter sales cycles, increased deal sizes, higher customer satisfaction, and increased spending.
- Operationally, the role involves continual analysis of sales and marketing operational processes.
- This includes managing technology platforms, reporting on demand generation activities, and overseeing data management and sales performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring consistency in operational processes across sales teams, including forecasting and pipeline reviews.
- Generating regular analytic reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, based on key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing valuable business insights to the Senior Leadership team.
- Demonstrating proficiency in working with numbers and deriving insights from analytics to enhance and optimise business processes. Providing accurate and timely management information, such as activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.
- Assisting the Sales Leadership Team and Head of Sales Enablement in ongoing initiatives, coordinating call out days, and managing the scheduling of training and development activities.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to drive improvements in processes, systems, tooling, and knowledge.
The process:
- 1st stage - 30 minute Microsoft Team call with the HR Business Partner
- 2nd stage - 60 minute with the Sales Director
- Final stage - 90 minute F2F in-person presentation.
