Scheduler
- Company: The Precise Design Projects Limited, Hertford, SG13
- Salary: £21,000 - 27,000
- Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Office based role.
- Workplace Pension
- 28 days holidays including bank holidays.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent term contract following 2 months trial period.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

- You will work within the Scheduling Team.
- Supporting subcontractors/ operatives on site.
- You will be the first point of contact for all repair and maintenance enquiries received from our customers.
- You will contact tenants directly to make appointments, offer advice and verify information.
- You will be required to write up quotes and reports and communicate this to relevant departments.
- You will monitor progress on all scheduled works for the Maintenance Team and sub-contractors and compile performance reports for the manager,
- You will be required to ensure material/ parts are ordered and prepared prior to scheduled works.

Scheduler Requirements:

- Great people and customer service skills.
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Quick learner with ability to maintain knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure with a "can do" attitude.
- High attention to detail is essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills and able to prioritise work effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
