We are now hiring for a full-time Customer Service Advisor, who will play a key role in liasing with customers with all of their different types of enquiries.

Daily duties will include:

- Provide assistance with matters relating to sales, products and couriers
- Assist with the processing of returns and refunds
- Creating courier labels for outbound and inbound deliveries
- Communicating with the warehouse team about specific customer orders
- Creation of End-of-Day Courier Manifests
- Processing courier claims for items that are damaged or lost in transit
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Record keeping skills in order to bring attention to management to specific issues and possible methods of improvement

The role will be based in Millhouse Green, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. We are looking for an individual to work full time hours with a salary of £21,400 per annum.
