**Summary**

Birchwood Group are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing executive to join the Marketing team.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of marketing campaign plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales. You’ll need to love all things automotive, be a creative thinker, have excellent written and communication skills.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for a wide range of different duties including content creation, graphic work, helping manage multiple social media channels, blog writing, all online & offline marketing and driving leads to the Birchwood / Destination websites.

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Team / Director to implement and deliver marketing activities.

**Key Duties**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Birchwood / Destination Motorcycle services
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with external agencies to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Monitor / manage company's social media platforms to engage with customers & maintain a strong online presence
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to identify innovative marketing opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers
- Organise events and community activities to support the company’s advocacy and fundraising activities
- Being a committed member of the marketing team willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities as necessary to ensure the successful development of projects and the smooth running of the department

- Passion for all things Automotive & Motor Cycles
- Love for social media and excited by developments, trends and how other brands communicate socially
- Team player, excellent cmmunication skills, ability to build meaningful connections both with our brands and customer
- Can-do attitude with a creative, innovative and resourceful mindset
- Multi-tasker with attentin to detail and deadlines
- Great with data and able to identify trends and learnings from the numbers

- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on any task
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Strong attention to detail with a ‘right-first-time’ attitude and approach
- Demonstrate the ability to see tasks through
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Social Media Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Previous experience of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop (helpful)
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages is essential
- Excellent written English
