**Joining our Team**:
You should have good IT skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and adobe. Experience of using a case management system would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. You will also be given access to, and required to use, online accounts (e.g. the online court system, anti-money laundering searches, legal library and precedent forms etc) as well as office equipment (scanning, copying and printing).

**Private Client Executive Vacancy**:
Hart Reade LLP are seeking to recruit a Private Client Executive to join our busy team.

Applicants will ideally need to have at least 2 years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

Responsibilities will include;
- drafting Wills
- the administration of estates
- Powers of Attorney
- working for elderly and vulnerable clients
- Court of Protection work
- management of client’s financial affairs
- administering trusts
- advising on inheritance and capital gains tax issues.

You should be pro-active, highly organised and driven with the ability to market yourself and the practice.
