**WR Fundraising Recruitment** has an opportunity to work with an amazing animal charity providing a vast array of rescue and support services in London and internationally.

At a genuinely exciting time of growth and development, we are looking for a Supporter Care Officer to join the fundraising team to provide the highest levels of customer care to the charity’s supporters and donors.

**Supporter Care Officer**

**Full Time, Permanent**

**London with Hybrid Working**

**Up to £29,000 on experience**

**Duties will include**:

- Delivering the highest level of frontline service to all donors and prospective supporters, building strong and loyal relationships through written and verbal communications
- Dealing with a variety of donor enquiries, problem solving and deliver positive outcomes for supporters
- Ensuring efficient administration of donations and maintenance of accurate database records
- Manage the renewals process to retain individual donors participating in sponsorship and membership programmes.
- Being the first point of contact for existing and potential supporters
- Accurately inputting and processing donations to ensure income records are up to date and accurate
- A passion for animal welfare
- experience processing donations, handling supporter requests and juggling multiple projects.
- A track record of cultivating effective relationships with varied audiences - ideally in fundraising with supporters / donors
- Experience of providing timely and warm communications that leave supporters feeling appreciated and valued
- Experience of using and accurately maintaining databases
- Experience of high quality call handling in a customer service environment
