An exciting opportunity awaits for a hands on Supply Chain Coordinator, reporting to Operations Manager at our packing and fulfilment operation based in Lincoln, where we source quality, delicious award winning British produce for our luxury gift hampers that are delivered throughout the UK and around the world. We are offering a salary in a range from £24,000.00 up to £28,000.00 depending on skills and experience Plus benefits.

We are now preparing for a significant period of growth so this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, open minded and hands on individual, who is ready for a challenge, to develop their career in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning and Operations.

**The Supply Chain Coordinator will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Proven experience in stock management, procurement and cost saving initiatives
- Experience with suppliers management and negotiations skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills on Excel and strong IT competency.

**As a Supply Chain Coordinator you role will involve**:

- Development of relations with suppliers, purchasing products for timely deliveries and dealing with any related issues
- Conducting supplier research for new products, monitoring SLAs, and ensure quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate procurement and planning records using company’s systems
- Working closely with Operations team on procurement and stock management processes improvements and implementation.
- Assisting in production schedules for the packing team throughout the year
- Producing regular reports and provide insights with action plans for achieving targets according to the business plan.
- Working closely with the Operations team to manage incoming stock, third party storage providers, Amazon FBA and EU branch inventory.
