We are recruiting for a **part-time **Su**pport Worker** to work for **28** h**ours per week** to support individuals working in the **Inspire By shop in Inverurie.**

The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities, Autism and mental and physical health issues, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life They enjoy working in the shop and help with all aspects of store operations. This can include sorting and pricing items, steaming clothes, PAT testing electrical items and working to keep the shop tidy and serve customers. The people we support also enjoy being active in the community and participate in local clubs, litter picks and social events.

As a Support Worker, you will provide support to the individuals working in the shop to support them to learn new skills, improve their current skills and help them to live the best lives possible.

Our team provide support during shop hours, which are **9.30am - 5pm from Monday to Saturday**. In general, our day shifts run from **9.30am - 3.30pm and we are looking for some flexibility to work different days.**
