**Please note that due to the location of service drivers are preferred for this role due to there being limited public transport and routes no being available during shift times**

**£10.90 per hour**

Ideal for anyone living local to Inverurie or neighbouring towns such as; Westhill, Huntley & Insch.

**Examples of shift patterns are as follows**: 8am - 3pm, 9am - 4pm, 10am - 1pm, 3pm - 10pm, 6pm - 10pm.

Our service also requires sleepover shifts
- these are paid hourly.

At our Inverurie service we support individuals with many differing day to day living tasks and activities to encourage and promote independence, from providing support with medication, mealtimes and maintaining tenancies to accompanying to parties, bingo, dances or other social activities.

As the service needs can be very variable due to supporting many individuals with differing needs, any successful applicant would need to have a level of flexibility around working hours. We expect all of our staff to be able to work across the service with many of the people we support.

Full training is provided for this role and successful applicant will be required to undertake annual competencies and training.

You must have good communication skills, be able to use your own initiative and be aware of care standards and SSSC requirements. Experience with complex needs would be an advantage or the willingness to learn how to support individuals with challenging behaviour.

An enhanced PVG is required for this role.
