Job Overview:
To be responsible for Naturaw trade sales.
Look after the ambassador programme.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Create and deliver presentations to directors/clients
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress
- Grow monthly sales by nurturing existing stockist base while identifying and cultivating new stockists and ambassadors beyond direct consumer base.
- Monthly reporting of trade and ambassador activity; identifying issues and pro-actively generating growth opportunities
**Skills**:
- Have some experience selling an FMCG product to independent retailers/small chains
- Have a proven track record in hitting targets both in a new business & account management environment.
- Desirable to have had experience in the pet food sector and a basic understanding on nutrition would be advantageous.
Opportunity:
To develop and have ownership of a currently un tapped into part of the business. Use initiative and be central in the direction of this new role. Potential to have a sales team in future. Opportunity to travel, trade shows, visit customers.
