Brook Street are currently recruiting for 3 x Administrator's Hybrid to work for a government client based in Bristol
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37 hours between the hours 08.00-17.30
Rate of pay is £11.19 per hour Paid weekly
This is a temporary assignment for 6 months
Onsite Parking is available at location.
You will be an important part of the team working across departments to support our activities and deliver our services to the automotive industry. This post will be an exciting dynamic role, encompassing a variety of administrative support working, engagingwith colleagues in the UK and overseas.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
" Checking of manufacturer's documentation to facilitate the issue of high-quality documentation correctly first time. This will involve referencing and validating against multiple data/information sources
" Issuing documentation within agreed time frames and SLAs
" Actively monitor, respond to and file appropriately correspondence received in shared mailboxes.
" Drafting and issuing certificates in line with procedures with attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality product
" Responding to customer requests in a timely manner
Experience Required
" Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
" Have excellent attention to detail when checking documentation and accuracy in data entry which, will be essential to thrive in this position.
" You will have the ability to remain calm and professional within a highly pressurised environment and be flexible in your work approach.
" You will have good IT skills, and be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, and Adobe Acrobat to complete tasks.
" You will be a natural team player with a strong work ethic.
Basic DBS will need to be completed via Brookstreet
