We are looking for a highly articulate and creative, graduate level content creator with the ability to create E-learning training courses for our customers & write online content for our website knowledge base.

**E-Learning**

We’ve developed an online training programme for our customers, which teaches them how to install our products, in bitesize, 15-minute courses.

These courses contain a mixture of image, video, written & interactive content, and also quiz the user about their learning.

We currently have over 200 courses available in our course library, and it would be your responsibility to add new courses to that library, whilst also re-visiting old courses to keep them fresh & updated with the latest information.

In this role, you would need to work closely with our videographer partners to create training videos where required, this would involve creating briefs, filming with the agency in house & working with them on any necessary video edits.

**Online Written Content**

The content that we create for our training courses, is repurposed for our knowledge base (a large FAQ on our website, with 1000 technical based articles).

Your role would require you to repurpose this training content, into new technical help articles that include written, image & video content, whilst also revisiting old articles to keep them fresh & updated with the latest information.

Our products can be quite technical, so it is essential that you understand how our products work & are programmed. We of course provide training on this, however you also need the ability & hunger to learn and find out for yourself if required.

This an exciting role, which provides you with the opportunity to manage and maintain their own projects, and make something your own.

This is a full time, permanent position in the UK branch of a multi-national Door Entry & Access Control manufacturer operating in the security industry.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Learn, and understand how our products work & are programmed
- Create engaging online training courses for our customers, which include image, video, written & interactive content
- Maintain & optimise our training programme, ensuring that all training courses are up to date
- Work closely with our videographer partners to create new training videos
- Ensure that we’re incorporating the latest training & learning practices into our courses
- Create articles for our knowledge base, either by repurposing existing training content, or creating new content specifically for an article
- Maintain our knowledge base, ensuring that all the articles are fresh & up to date
- General content creation that adds to/maintains our library of online technical content for our customers

**Skills**:

- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in copywriting & content creation
- Experience using Canva (preferred)
- Experience using Rise 360 (preferred)
- Experience using TalentLMS (preferred)
- Experience in using a CRM (Hubspot or equivalent) (preferred)

**Attributes**
- Driven self-starter who takes initiative, and can work as part of a wider team toward a common organisational goal
- Excellent Written English, with accurate editing and proofreading skills, ideally with demonstrable experience of written documentation
- Ability to produce high quality, engaging content in a creative, effective manner which is appropriate for the intended audience
- Ability to quickly grasp our products and systems, and convey this information in written & video media

**Qualifications**:

- English A-Level or equivalent
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing or equivalent
- No previous experience required, but desirable.
