Marketing Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing and E-Commerce Team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and website.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Team to create and implement marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Develop and maintain the company's website, including creating and editing content, managing user experience, and ensuring search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
Desired:
  • Experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
