**People & Culture Intern (Shared Services)**

The People & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the TA team by carrying out the below responsibilities and contributing to TA and HR projects as assigned. The role will provide an opportunity to gain valuable TA & HR administration experience. In addition, the role will provide an exciting insight into HR transformation, automation and digitalization within the TA and HR function.

**Main Accountabilities**:
Develop a working knowledge of TA and HR, with the opportunity to gain exposure and contribute towards the People and Culture practice at TechnipFMC. Provide administration support to the People & Culture TA team within the Shared Services department, including, but not limited to:

- Support with the delivery of volume TA projects including Graduate and Apprenticeship campaigns.
- Support TA team by regularly creating reports, maintaining a dashboard, and analyzing data.
- Lead on the creation of a TA page on the HR intranet site
- Be part of our continuous improvement journey by supporting the TA team with delivery of process improvements
- Support our North Europe TA team with admin and co-ordination of various topics and projects within the area of Talent Acquisition
- Help our employee community by sharing and maintaining TA content on global SharePoint and intranet pages.
- With support of TA team create presentations and posts related to TA

**Qualifications**:

- Working towards or achieved a relevant degree.
- Secondary school level educated.

**Typical Background & Experience Required**:
Must have:

- A genuine interest in Human Resources Management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Strong team player

- Previous work experience in HR, TA or administrative role
