An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator for our Chemical Manufacturing client based in the Northwich area.
You will provide administration support to the management and IT teams to ensure a busy office runs proactively.
As the Site Administrator, your duties will be:

- Manage the administration of the business ISO registrations for Quality, Safety and Environmental to ensure the requirements of the ISO accreditation are fully met.
- Facilitate and coordinate the resolution of on-site IT hardware and software issues by liaison with appropriate support functions.
- Support office staff by presenting a professional reception area, coordinating visitors, deputy management of diaries and effective organisation of correspondence flows and message taking.
- The purchase of office equipment, stationery, work wear and PPE, and catering items in compliance with corporate guidelines to ensure the Business has appropriate supplies at an effective cost.
- Ensure the communication flow between Factory and office is timely and effective.

The successful Site Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Must have previous experience working within a busy office environment.
- Proficient in Google packages.
- Experience of SAP (desirable).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to management at all levels.
