**Industrial Door Engineering is looking to recruit a Service and Trade Sales Administrator**

Industrial Door Engineering is looking to recruit a Service and Trade Sales Administrator to join their growing team based in the office in Northwich.

Key duties will include:

- Sending service contract renewals for companies annual and bi-annual service
- Reviewing engineer inspection sheets and completing service reports
- Liaising with site representatives to organize service visits throughout the year and ensuring that the Annual Service Plan is updated and accurate
- Supporting Trade Sale enquiries in the absence of the Service & Trade Sales Manager
- Following up submitted quotations with customers to gain feedback and provide further assistance where required.
- Gathering feedback on quotations and renewals

You will be someone who has high attention to detail and key adept in problem solving. You will have the ability to work within a team and also independantly and have a passion for providing high qaulity customer service at all times. Whilst a background in Industrial Roller Shutter doors would be an advantage it is not essential.
