The position is 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day (core office hours Monday-Friday 08.30-17.30)

We are one of the most recognised firms of solicitors in Shropshire, Herefordshire and North Wales, well known in the local market for offering a friendly service and professional advice.

We are seeking to appoint a new member of our Docupoint Team. Docupoint is where all of the mail, photocopying, binding, scanning and all other general administration tasks for the organisation are performed. The successful applicant will perform a variety of roles including reception duties, data entry, filing and archive management as well as the distribution of post.

The role would suit someone with previous administrative or reception experience and who has the ability to demonstrate working in a busy environment. You should have good organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
