Senior Residential Support Worker

**Senior Residential Support Worker. Must have experience working with young people with emotional behavioural difficulties in a residential setting. Diploma level 3 /4 Children and Young Peoples workforce and full UK driving license desirable. **Coastal Quality Care Ltd provides residential care for children based on a therapeutic approach. Our children may present emotional and social difficulties and some challenging behaviour at times. Working within a supportive therapeutic environment, you will be part of a team dedicated to caring for young people with compassion and a commitment to positive relationships.
