**Inbound Client Administrator**

Nouvo Recruitment are working for a company that are looking for an Inbound Client Administrator with excellent interpersonal skills to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a rapidly growing organisation in Borehamwood witha real family feel that can offer you a vibrant working environment and industry leading training.

This role will encompass all account handler duties including client visits, account administration, policy negotiation and client/insurer interaction.

**The Role;**
- Maintaining and enhancing existing/new client relationships, including client and insurer visits
- Securing new business
- Policy quotations, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Cross selling insurance products, identifying opportunities to promote additional cover benefits
- Attending and preparing for external events and exhibitions

**Skills;**
- Experience of working in an inbound call role ideally within professional services
- Proven inbound sales or upsell approach to client relationships
- Excellent inter-personal and telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with others
- Sound IT skills particularly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems and procedures
