We are looking for an additional Dispatch Administrator to join the growing team in Borehamwood.

The job role will be as a Dispatch Administrator who must be experienced in a similar role to manage the day-to-day running of the office, including closely working with our team of engineers and providing a high level of customer service to our clients.

Our clients are mostly large specialist management agents. They are located around London, so professionalism is essential.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

**Hours of Work**: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. Working from our offices in Stirling Corner Borehamwood WD6.

**Dispatch Administrator Duties**:

- Booking of callouts (currently 7 engineers).
- Booking and management of PIR’s (electrical inspections).
- Sending and following up quotations.
- Raising invoices.
- Notifying Certificates on the NICEIC website.
- Checking engineer's timesheets for approval.
- Ordering materials for jobs and accounting for goods.

**Dispatch Administrator Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in management and booking of jobs
- Experience in the following:

- Clik Service or similar Field Service Management Software
- Microsoft Office software
