The Recruitment Co. is excited to be hiring on behalf of a global leader within the market research industry.
**Location**: Work from Home

**Day in the life of a Call Handler**:

- You'll be making outbound calls to members of the public, students and various businesses.
- Conducting surveys, simply asking people's opinions and accurately capturing the participants' responses.
- You will always work from a scripted questionnaire making it a simple and easy process.

**Call Handler Pay Rate and Shift Times**:

- £10.42 per hour + accrued holiday pay.
Shifts that may be available
- Monday to Friday: 9am-1pm and/or 1.30pm-5pm and or 5pm-9pm.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am-2.30pm and/or 2.30pm-7pm.
- You must be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week. Full time hours available.
- Evenings and Weekends availability is essential.
- Start date will be around the start of October

- Wifi
- Windows 10/11 Laptop
- USB Headphones

This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who has previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Representative, Sales Representative or if you have any customer service background whether that be face to face or by phone.
