**Key Skills and Experience of a Senior Telesales Advisor**:

- Excellent listening skills are essential
- Good understanding of the b2b market is required
- Proven record of accomplishment within the b2b market
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the working environment
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to be persuasive whilst remaining professional is required
