**Senior Private Client Advisor - Stoke - ARD998233**

At Pace Ward based in Stoke, we’re on the hunt for a talented Senior Private Client Advisor who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.

**So, what does the role of a Senior Private Client Advisor here involve?**

This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and offering a comprehensive service to High-Net-Worth clients. You’ll be asked to find the right Insurance products to fit their needs and could be required to visit clients. Converting new business enquiries/retaining clients and of course maximising opportunities by working with other colleagues to help conversion with our existing Commercial clients base, and recommendation from client’s friends and families.

**What you will do**
- You must be a confident communicator as you will be required to liaise with clients in a knowledgeable manner your level of customer service must be second to none.
- Obtain and provide new business quotations for all requirements, providing relevant advice, information, and guidance.
- Ensure all clients exposures are highlighted to them.
- Take instructions from clients, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected, and relevant records and diary entries are created.
- Deciding which insurers should be approached on specific risks and negotiating and offering to your client the most suitable policy for their needs.
- Keep in touch with your client throughout the policy duration.

**What experience do our Senior Private Client Advisor’s need?**

We need someone with who has a track record of dealing with High Networth/Private Clients and a deep understanding of policy covers on car and home insurance as a minimum. If you have used Acturis before this would be great
