**How you'll make a difference**:
As an Administrator - Early Years Team, you will make a difference by supporting the Early Years Team with a range of tasks from facilitating Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for early years practitioners to maintaining sufficiency data that enable the team to support all Early Years settings and schools in the South Gloucestershire region, including childminders.

Currently the team are working remotely from home, and this will be for the foreseeable future.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will make bookings for meetings and training courses for service users and colleagues.
- You will administer and manage the training programs for Early Years Providers.
- You will prepare and publish documents such as E-bulletins and training materials and distribute around the team and sector.
- In addition, you will collect and input data into a range of department systems.
- You will provide general business support to the section, such as electronic filing and distribution.

**What we need from you**:

- You will hold a minimum of 3 GCSE A*-C (or Grade 4-9) or equivalent qualification in English and Maths.
- You will have previous office experience with a good understanding of the range of childcare provision available.
- You will have good IT skills in the use of computer packages, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to pay attention to detail and produce accurate work.
- You will have experience in basic financial procedures.

Please note that due to the nature of this role it is a requirement of employment that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is obtained for this post.
