- Kerry Coleraine is a leading manufacturer of cheese and dairy snacking products servicing the QSR, Foodservice and Retail channels throughout Europe. The site has an extremely impressive customer portfolio supplying across all these channels and is also the manufacturing home to numerous renowned branded products. The facility is of strategic importance to Kerry and is considered as being a Centre of Excellence for Dairy Processing. There has been significant capital investment in the site over the last number of years and there is an exciting pipeline of projects currently under consideration to help continue delivering growth for now and the future. This growth has been supplemented by a strong lean manufacturing mindset and investment in people capability development.
- Key responsibilities:
- Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved
- Product analysis and Quality Inspections as required on raw materials, work in progress and finished product according to procedure and schedule.
- Record and report all non-conformances
- Taste Panel / visual inspections
- Daily calibration and maintenance of instruments
- Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolve
