Property Administrator

An **exciting role** has become available at this **rapidly-growing** residential** **property investment and property management company, **specialising in the search and management of rentals on behalf of **high net worth individuals**.
The role will involve **facilities management and supporting the sales and lettings administration teams.** There are peaks and troughs in the sales and lettings teams, so the **balance of the workload would change depending on need.** The facilities management aspect of the role involves being a **key-holder for opening and closing the office** and ensuring the office equipment and facilities are **all in good working order.**
To be considered you will have **previous experience within property administration, **excellent communication skills and the **ability to multitask.** You should be able work well under pressure, have a keen eye for admin and **be adaptable to teamwork as well as solo tasks.**
**Skills and experience required**:
- At least 1 years’ property administration experience within a residential estate agency
- Excellent communicator - written and verbally
- Friendly and approachable
- Highly-organised
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Able to problem solve and use own initiative
- Proficient use of the Microsoft packages
- Excellent attention to detail.
