We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Collect, monitor, and report on spend relating to use of external funds for Upskilling and CPD activities.
- You will be the main point of contact for staff, managers, training providers and funders who are seeking advice and information in relation to booking and funding external courses.
- Use the SBS finance system to raise payments for externally funded courses, tracking these payments and following up as necessary with applicants, finance staff, training providers and the Business Manager.
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Diploma/NVQ 4 or Apprenticeship Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- System knowledge - SBS Procurement system (desirable)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of administrative work
- Intermediate to advanced EXCEL
- Excellent communication skills
