**The role**
As part of your role as a Wealth Support School/College Leaver you will support advisers and other team members in serving existing clients by maintaining high standards.
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Administration, such as photocopying, answering telephones, maintaining the filing system and sorting post.
- Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking and liaising with couriers.
- Effective communication with Admin team.
- Assisting with Taxtion Service line.
- Assistance with back-office system.
**Key accountabilities**
