**Predominately covering Southwark**

**Up to £36,000 per year plus 34 days holiday including bank holidays**

**39 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

Hyde is looking to recruit a number of Multi Trade Operatives to carry out maintenance and repairs to our residents’ homes.

As a Multi Trader at Hyde you will be working within our Property Services Team to carry out maintenance and repairs, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard.

**We’d like our Multi Skilled Operatives to**:

- Have excellent plumbing or carpentry skills.
- Have experience of painting and plastering.
- Have access to your own tools.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Be a strong team player with a good work ethic.
- Have experience of social housing (desirable).
