**Job: Business Development Executive**

**Location: Crayford, Kent**

**Salary: £25,000 (plus bonuses and excellent benefit package)**

**ASAP Start**

**Normal Business hours Monday - Friday (no shifts)**

The primary responsibility for this position is to generate leads and sales for our client’s sales team. This will be focused on one of our clients’ partners. You will be expected to make a set number of calls prospecting for new customers, generating meetingsand quote requests for the sales team.

**Duties will include the following**:

- Prospecting for new customers and sell our client’s products and services
- Answer questions about products and services
- Understand the customers’ requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM database
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas
- Keep record of all calls and sales
- Up sell and cross sell products and services
- Knowledge of sales in the IT or Telecoms industry (ideal but not required)
- Must have B2B experience / B2C
- Confident with outbound calling
- Can handle rejection
- Team player
- Effective communicator
- Can travel to Crayford / Dartford area
- Negotiation skills
