Office Administrator/assistant

Bill and Ben Skip Hire Ltd is a small family run business based in Congleton, Cheshire. We offer skip and grab hire to the Cheshire, Staffordshire and South Manchester area.
**Administrative Duties**
- General office duties
- Answering the phone to book in jobs and deal with queries
- Booking jobs into our bespoke booking system
- Using Word and Excel documents
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Printing, filing and scanning
- Imputting data ino xero
**Key Skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Self motivated and organised
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
**Financial Duties**
- Processing card payments
- Billing and invoicing customers
- Producing Statements
- Sage/Xero experience preferred but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
