Jobstore are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Administrator to join our clients leading UK distribution business based in Blackpool.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their busy team. As a Customer Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing excellent customer service to their clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

Typical duties will be;
- Receiving incoming calls
- Obtaining and accurately recording order numbers
- Progress chasing job sheets
- Inputting data on to the in house Web based system (no experience needed, full training will be given) with attention to detail
- Allocating jobs to relevant service providers.
- Filing job sheets awaiting order numbers by relevant service providers
- Deal with any queries or issues
- Perform general ad-hoc clerical and admin duties

We are looking for someone with great communication skills who has the ability to deal with people at all levels. You must have great organisation skills and be proficient in computer and office software.
