We are seeking an experienced, confident and dynamic person to support the development and roll out of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and sexual violence training to GP practices.

The post holder will be employed by FearLess and working closely with NHS Devon Safeguarding Team, under the direction of the Interpersonal Trauma and Violence Lead, and in partnership with the Primary Care Safeguarding Team.

The post holder will co-deliver with FearLess trauma specialists a training programme to support staff in General Practice to recognise, enquire and respond to colleagues and patients affected by forms of interpersonal abuse. The post will require extensive travel across Devon and an ability to deliver training both in person and online.

The Interpersonal Trauma Response (ITR) Service is a new, ambitious programme to transform the response of Primary Care to interpersonal trauma. The post holder will bring their experience of frontline general practice to the training team. They will be an advocate for the new service, building bridges with General Practices to enable a smooth roll out. They will lead on answering clinical and practice related questions posed by training delegates. They will support the trauma specialists with clinical practice queries, Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) requests.

**Salary**: £33,706.00-£40,588.00 per year
