Proficient in use of MS office suites such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Credit Control
- Direct incoming calls
- Schedule unit callouts
- Creation and maintenance of job folders.
- Raising client invoices.
- Issuing reports using Sage 200 and Construct.
- Manage personal and shared mailboxes
- Raising Purchase Orders for the Facilities Team.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work unsupervised using initiative.

Full training will be provided for the company specific systems, accounts experience is aventageous.

The hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
