A fantastic role has arisen for someone with experience supporting a hardworking CEO. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing his business life, and enjoy being the lynchpin of this fast paced, vibrant and dynamic office

This is a fab, rapidly growing and global company in the financial services industry. You will be based in their fab offices in the City of London, 5 days a week with the working hours being from 8am-5pm.

Some day to day duties will include;
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the CEO’s diary, inbox management and organising meetings
- Arranging company events and client dinners
- Managing expenses for the team
- Supporting the wider team with any adhoc administrative duties and projects

You will be:

- Experienced as an EA within the Financial Services industry
- An individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to be flexible
- Highly organised and discreet/ confidential
- Great at multi-tasking and prioritising own workload
- An excellent team-player

Benefits and salary:

- £50-55k, dependent on experience
- Discretionary bonus
