**Job overview**:
**We are looking for a Senior Nurse with excellent leadership skills and relevant experience to join our Assessment and Accreditation team within Corporate Nursing.**
This is a unique exciting opportunity to join a team with vision, drive and ambition to ensure community teams are delivering high quality, evidenced based care. You will have extensive post registration experience in a community setting and have a passion for ensuring the highest of standards are delivered by teams and services.

**Main duties of the job**:
As a member of the Assessment and Accreditation team you will support the Lead Nurse and Associate Director in delivering the Assessment and Accreditation System across the NCA.
You will participate in the completion of assessments utilising the Assessment Accreditation System of community teams and services. You will support clinical teams in understanding the system and how they can demonstrate they are delivering high quality, patient focused services to ensure they deliver care, treatment and therapy at a high standard.
You will contribute to the delivery and evaluation of Trust and Group strategy within the context of the CQC fundamental standards and ensure a robust professional approach to service development and improvement.
