As the Workforce Management Insight, Systems Development & Pay Operations Manager, you will manage the strategic development of the WFM scheduling, task management and reporting systems and intranet ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll also offer insight to solutions that enable the achievement of all sales, profitability, customer experience and workforce management goals across the UK and Ireland.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing overall demand and workload within the development team, ensuring delivery of appropriate analytics and development on time and within budget
- Ongoing BAU support and activities required to keep the WFM running for our store teams
- Leading strategic enhancement and development of our WFM intranet site and WFM System
- Maintaining a relationship with 3rd parties to understand trends and best practice in the market
- Supporting the WFM Leadership Team with actionable insight and recommendations
- Providing support and insight for all new requests for reporting and systems insight
- Management of time & attendance (T&A) integrity checks and the resolution
- Management of WFM systems maintenance, upgrades and patching plan as well as UAT

Requirements:
- Credible leader of people
- Expert knowledge of retail operations
- Complex project delivery experience
- WFM, T&A and task management systems experience including processes and best practice
- Ability to analyse and understand requirements and recommend strategic solutions
- Ability to identify trends, underlying root causes, variation and deviation in data
- Experience in continuous process improvement and realisation of benefits
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in building and reviewing business cases and cost/benefit analysis
- Evidence of delivering simple solutions to end users

Desirable:

- Intranet design and SQL experience
- Reflexis knowledge
- Lean six sigma or Prince 2 qualification
