Hawes & Co Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for their Wimbledon Village office.

Key responsibilities will be to properly register potential tenants and landlords; undertake and follow up on viewings to secure offers; support canvassing opportunities; secure valuations, meet monthly performance targets and ensure exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone in support of the Manager.

The individual should have/possess:

- A valid UK driving license and access to their own car
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Live within a reasonable driving distance of the branch
- An organised and methodical approach
- Ability to build excellent customer relationships

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- Wimbledon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
