My client is offering a fabulous opportunity for someone to join their HR department as a HR Apprentice where you will provide a complete administrative support to the HR function.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide full administrative support to all areas of the HR function.
- Maintain the HR database by accurately inputting new starter details and ensuring that records are correct and up to date.
- Assist with the recruitment process by advertising vacancies.
- Complete the onboarding process from start to finish.
- Prepare HR documentation including offers, contracts, contractual changes and leavers letters.
- Assist with the recruitment of the Apprenticeship program.

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 7 GCSE’s (Grades A-C / 9-4)
- The ability to manage your workload effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- High levels of confidentiality.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the Company
- An interest in developing a career in HR
- Team player, personable and proactive
- Administration experience.
- Knowledge of HR or recruitment processes.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Solihull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
