**Job description**

We’re passionate about what we do and delivering excellent customer service to our returning clients. Providing them an informative and efficient service is at the top of our agenda.

We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work within our small Customer Service team based in Leicestershire.

Our job role is rather special due to its unique products within the avian industry. The job role entails a telephone customers service role working on both sales and customer inquiries.

It will also entail picking and packing of orders 2x a week in our warehouse department under the supervision of the manager. These items range from as little as 100g upto 10kg.

All training will be provided and support is always available.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
2. Advising customers on our products and accessories most suited to their needs.

3. Assisting preparation for trade events and assisting our team if desired.

4. Administration; learning and using our database servers, dropbox (file handling), filing, mailchimp.

5. Assisting Picking and packing of goods sold.

6. Attend 6 trade events a year on extra bonus pay.

**Salary**: £6.00-£11.00 per hour
