Our client is a leading food manufacturer, part of a global blue-chip organisation, with multiple sites throughout the UK. Due to internal movement within their engineering team, they are looking for a number of multi-skilled shift engineers.
Role & Responsibilities:

- Provide front line maintenance support to the shift operations team
- Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
- Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment
- Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance
- Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (electrical & mechanical)
- Track record of electrical fault finding & ideally knowledge of PLC's
- Must have exposure of working in a Food/FMCG manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices & continuous improvement mentality
- Must have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC
Shifts & Benefits Package:

- Shift:

- 4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights
- Salary:

- £45,500 - rising to £46,500 after probation + Overtime
- Benefits:
