We currently have the post(s) of People Business Partner available.

Build effective relationships with the Leadership Team and Senior Managers to ensure people issues are considered in all significant decision making across the organisation.
Utilise evidence-based practice to address the people challenges for your areas of responsibility.
Use experience, skills, and knowledge to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent management.
