**Job Description**:
As Quality Assurance & Compliance Assistant Manager (QACAM), you will be required to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks associated with the maintenance of the high standards of the service our client offers.

A QACAM ensures that the company observes and adheres to its high-quality standards. In general, the position comprises of detailed-orientated working activities; being responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detections and resolution of problems relating to compliance, and ultimately the delivery of outstanding outcomes.

This will include working closely with the Chief Compliance Office (CCO); reporting and carrying out weekly audit matrix meetings regarding training, regulations and compliance KPI’s.

A QACAM will identify training knowledge gaps relative to the clients staff are assigned to, ensuring all mandatory and bespoke training is applied and executed, thus helping to build a strong staff base, and innovative training culture throughout all departments.

A successful QACAM should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation, and actively ensure its team are adhering to the company standards.

- Managing an eLearning platform (full training given).
- Maintain internal databases.
- Real passion for customer experience and people development (good sense of humour essential)
- An engaging personal style with the ability to capture an audience and effectively lead staff through training needs in development.
- Awareness of Quality Assurance and deadlines required for inspections.
- Having good engagement skills, motivation, and reliability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Real passion for Continuing Professional Development and guiding and supporting staff in this development.
- Identify specific training needs and deliver up-skilling workshops and podcasts.
- Working in partnership with various colleges and universities for student placements and assisting to develop existing staff into this programme.
- Working closely with the CCO (Chief Compliance Officer) and assisting and providing reports, audits and attending weekly meetings.
- Liaising closely with pharmacists regarding the Medication Training and the monitoring and implementation of this to ensure RJSC provide a safe service.
- Having the ability to assess, monitor, match and ensure that our vulnerable clients are provided with the complex needs training requirements.

- eLearning hubs
- Answer and direct phone calls from employees, service users and professionals
- Interpret, build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards.
- Assisting in the induction process of new employees
- Organise and schedule appointments associated with the training development of employees
- Maintain personal records, update training databases, and prepare documentation required by the CCO
- Participate in the emergency on call service.
- Communicate with vulnerable clients with complex needs and be part of the roles of concerns team in any emergency. This may mean having to deal with calls that involve emergency services and any safeguarding issues.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Problem solving with an eye for detail.
- Experience within a training administration role would be an asset.

Salary £22,000 - £24,000 with opportunity for overtime, progression and generous benefits offered.
