The Timetabling Service at MMU is a sector leading scheduling operation, providing personalised timetables to over 30000 staff & students. It's location within Education Services enables the delivery of an end to end central record of the student journey, conjointly with the Curriculum Management, Student Services & Assessment Management directorates. The Timetable Services team works closely with the academy to plan and deliver a responsive timetable within the framework of the existing estate. Regular analysis of teaching space and curriculum data is used to inform the development of the current investment programme in capital resources, as well as

**About you**:
You will have excellent organisation skills with an eye for detail. You will have a high level of literacy and numeracy and strong analytical skills. You will be able to illustrate intermediate Excel and database interrogation skills. You will be a proactive and motivated individual who will work to continuously improve the service we deliver with particular focus on the student experience, data quality and analytics. You will also have excellent IT skills, able to pick up new processes and work across multiple software packages. Evidence of building cooperative working relationships within a team and across the organisation as a whole in relation to problem identification and resolution would also be beneficial.

Ideally you will have proved experience of timetabling in a large scale Higher Education environment or equivalent scheduling & analytics experience.
